This series of nine letters deals with various adminsitrative details of missions and colonies in New Spain. HM 16568 and HM 16570 are addressed to José Manuel Ruiz, and the rest (HM 16564-16577, HM 16579, and HM 16571-2) are addressed to José Joaquín de Arrillaga.
